I wish I could help you with the design agency part... but I'm struggling to get a design job myself. :S I just finished school and I'm trying to look for a design firm to get a job yet... but my location really sucks at the moment because there aren't really any firms where I live. :/ So at the moment, all I'm doing is working a minimum wage job til I can earn enough to move to a bigger city. :S
